Five Element Acupuncture is the most ancient form of acupuncture care, and a rare form to find. It is based on the premise that our entire selves – body, mind, and spirit – are inseparable, and that the same laws of nature that affect the world around us apply to us internally as well.

Each of the Five Elements govern a particular set of organs, functions, and attributes - physical, mental and emotional - and each of the Five Elements must be in balance for the whole person to flourish.  

Although relatively new here in the Western world, acupuncture is well known in the East as the most powerful form of care for all ages, for both acute and chronic illness, and offers help where Western medicine often cannot.
